The on boarding process was easy and smooth. I have been here for almost two months and have learned so much from my team and the other teams in our office. Although, the main office is on the East Coast and you can find us here in the Midwest, they do a great job of keeping us all connected. I feel like a lot of companies struggle with communication and here I feel like it isn't a struggle at all. They really have made me feel like I add value to the team. The work life balance is great too.
