Pros
As a relatively new employee of RTA, I am refreshed by the culture of this organization. I have received the support I need as a new manager to make empowered decisions that will not only help our organization grow, but also our team.
Cons
Alignment of vision and strategy with resources that can execute seems to be a present challenge for the organization. It is an issue of which they are aware and are making powerful strides to right the ship.
