If fundamentals are clear, a good way to give back to the students and explain from a practical point of view

I think the apparatus used can be upgraded.

co-workers are super nice, friendly and collaborative. Good flexibility in work arrangements. My immediate boss is nice.

Morale is quite low, and turnover is high. We are losing good people and goals are not being met. Senior Leader tell us to do more with less, and do not want constructive feedback. They don't lead by example, taking elaborate trips instead of being present and supporting staff. Rules don't apply to them. So disappointing, not what you would expect from a public university.
