Pros
Other than a nice office with a break room and a few nice people, practically none. The company’s product is apparently quite good, but most people never receive real training on what it actually does for fear that someone will steal their trade secrets.
Cons
The senior management at this company lack basic communication skills and the ability to successfully run their company. Most of the team is based in India and working around the clock to satisfy the US business. Most projects are understaffed, with horrible transparency between teams, with communication nonexistent. In particular, email goes ignored and unread. Anyone with an adequate skill set and fresh ideas, whether technically or as support, is at the mercy of those who are completely incapable of managing people or processes. Don’t waste your time or skills here, there are far better places to be employed.
