Been working here for 2 months and was brought in to staff up the digital acquisition team. In my short time here, I've seen all teams grow, and a lot of incredible talent from multiple successful companies join the RxSense team. Everyone is motivated because of how big they think this company can be. Everyone comes to work super motivated trying to work as hard as they can to build this thing up as fast as possible. There are super smart, experienced leads in all the different organizational pods. There is a clear direction and everyone knows their role that lumps up to the bigger picture. Cons
There are a lot of people working on a lot of different things. At this time, in the early stages, teams can get siloed at times. Need a little more cross team/state of the union collaboration to keep everyone in the loop and promote more learning and skill building.
