Pros

I have been with the company for less than a year but was excited at the opportunity to get back into the startup world. The company is growing rapidly and it's an exciting opportunity to build teams and processes from the ground up. Excellent support from management and good pay.

Cons

Lots of opportunities to streamline processes to allow for growth at scale but management has already begun to address it this year. I am excited to see what 2019 brings.

Pros

The work is pretty easy and mindless about 90% of the time in the call center.

Cons

If you do claw your way out of the call center, you are first on the chopping block when they do lay offs which is very often. The supervisors are useless on the off chance they respond to you. It is all about keeping the clients happy and they do not care about the employees or the members they service.
