If you thrive under micromanagement, you'll be very successful here. It's very top heavy - lots of VPs. The VPs and executives love to tell you exactly what, when, and how to work, right down to what to say in meetings. Almost zero understanding of how to build software above the software engineer level. A lot of tail wagging the dog politics. Morale-killing toxic leadership.

The work is pretty easy and mindless about 90% of the time in the call center.

Cons

If you do claw your way out of the call center, you are first on the chopping block when they do lay offs which is very often. The supervisors are useless on the off chance they respond to you. It is all about keeping the clients happy and they do not care about the employees or the members they service.
