Pros

Their flexible work environment that focuses on results and not face time or hours is incredibly motivating and is LEGIT. I work with a team that benefits from this greatly. Each of us works from home one day a week. It is the same day so we can plan around it. Each team takes a different slant on myRyan so they can design what works for them (not be told what works and forced in to it). For individuals who aren't producing results, they may not get this employee benefit and may have to report to the office every day. The pay is unmatched in the marketplace with unlimited earning potential. Again, this is based on results of the team but, if the team does good work, hustles, and is entrepreneurial (meaning they can make it on their own; don't need to be spoon fed), then the pay exceeds industry standards. I like to write my own destiny and be control of the earnings potential, which has been very rewarding.

Cons

There are growing pains but that is expected. I have read reviews about excessive turnover of the shared services center and, although there has been some turnover at the VP level recently, it has been for the better. I have seen service improve and that is what is important.

Pros

Culture is great amongst principle and executive team members. The work is not difficult if you have prior experience in property tax. Benefits are good. Great promotion track if you are willing to play the politics.

Cons

Political environment. Senior Consultants do not mind throwing newer people under the bus for their mistakes. Boundaries are not respected. You are expected to know everything with no real formal training, they do provide some training for the first few weeks but then it drops off and everything needs to be self taught. Management has favorites and you will know instantly.
