Bonuses were nice, but not all teams have good bonuses.

You have to get lucky with managers, some are really good managers, other are poor leaders.

Thank you for your comments. Ryan, as any work environment, has managers of varying skills. What we believe separates us from other places to work, is our executive commitment to raising the leadership abilities of all our people to contribute to a positive and successful work environment.
Culture is great amongst principle and executive team members. The work is not difficult if you have prior experience in property tax.
Benefits are good. Great promotion track if you are willing to play the politics.
Cons
Political environment.
Senior Consultants do not mind throwing newer people under the bus for their mistakes.
Boundaries are not respected.
You are expected to know everything with no real formal training, they do provide some training for the first few weeks but then it drops off and everything needs to be self taught.
Management has favorites and you will know instantly.
