Pros
Ryan, LLC allows its employees to succeed by not demanding an 8-5 work schedule. Flexible work arrangements are not discouraged at all and performance is measured in results not hours. Similarly, compensation has a direct correlation to results and the company shares its success with the employees thorough a profit sharing plan.
Cons
Not many negative things to mention, but like any organization, there is a bit of bureaucracy in achieving some fairly simple tasks . Upper management has been working on these issues., however.
