Pros
Ryan has been the best job I could have ever been lucky enough to find. Coming from a degree (theatre design) that had ZERO to do with finance or economics, I never would have imagined I would find my way into an industry such as this... and like it! The team that hired me took a chance and I found a niche that I can ably fill. This company has opened my eyes to an amazing work/life balance that I can enjoy without fear of reprisal. I always enjoy explaining what I do and recommending Ryan to friends and family.
Cons
I do find it frustrating that after doing a job for four years, I am ineligible for a promotion just because I do not have the "requisite" college credits. I believe that our training within the company is more than adequate to prepare you for a job. I know that I am more than qualified and it is ridiculous to be held back simply because I didn't take these courses in college.
