Our leadership, beginning with the CEO, listens to what the employees suggest and consider all options. We are given the opportunity to grow and to be included in all aspects of the firm. As an example of how our leadership pays attention to what the employees would like, Ryan has revamped the 401(k) plan to better benefit the employees; included in this is the possibility of a more relaxed dress code. Game On for a new smarter, relaxed dress code.
