Great environment. Ryan attracts some of the top professionals in the industry. Senior management is actively involved and proactively communicates with all levels of the firm. Very strong focus on client satisfaction.
Cons
This is the best company I have ever worked for. From the Managing Director on down, everyone is approachable and actively involved in delivering exceptional results to our clients. And I feel I am recognized and rewarded for my efforts.
