During the national Covid-19 crisis, Ryan, LLC has been prepared to meet the challenges in taking care of its business and its people. Prior to the Shelter in Place instruction, Ryan was prepared to have its workforce work remotely, with the exception of a very little percentage of employees whose responsibilities required some office time. During this time, the CEO held conference call briefings with the whole Ryan team, in addition to his monthly talks, to speak to the company's response to the pandemic in terms of client services and employee expectations. The COO also has provided daily, written updates to Ryan's response to the pandemic. The People Group enabled access to a wellness service, WHIL, to assist employees in reliving any stress related to working from home as well as motivational video presentations from the CPO. Through it all, the company continues to hire, award bonuses and 401K contributions, maintain its summer intern program and roll out a health care plan that does not increase premiums. The company provides extraordinary care to not only its clients, but also its employees. I feel very fortunate to work here.
