Pros

Decent benefits and some nice perks of the office building

Cons

Principal and Director were aware of Consultant handling appeals with an expired license. Thought it was funny and promoted the employee at the end of the year.

Pros

Hybrid - work (4 days in office) Sometimes less especially in Q4. Reward and recognition for hard workers. Brand new amazing office in Plano with amazing views. Autonomy when hitting your numbers. Reps that do well arent micro managed. Great leadership. Unlimited PTO as long as you are hitting your numbers it should'nt be an issue taking off work. 4+ weeks off would be easily justified if you are doing hitting numbers. Competitive pay especially when promoted for SDR to Sr. SDR Access to all the necessary GTM tools. Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, SalesNav, Teams, Zoom, Chatgpt Entreprise etc.

Cons

Constant change in processes. A lot of information to learn because we have several diffirent software offerings.
