Pros

Benefits are good but are hard to access with out digging deep. Brint Ryan really is a good CEO to his workers. Brint Ryan holds company team talks ans listens to people. Brint Ryan apologizes for things if he is wrong. Very few managers are good.

Cons

Mangers don't know how to manage and take it out on workers. They ask for change and innovation but when presented with ideas you will get shut down. They ask for open feedback but it is a trap to hold things against you. Brint Ryan isn't told a lot of things so management gets away with a lot. Mangers keep you from actual growth.

Pros

Hybrid - work (4 days in office) Sometimes less especially in Q4. Reward and recognition for hard workers. Brand new amazing office in Plano with amazing views. Autonomy when hitting your numbers. Reps that do well arent micro managed. Great leadership. Unlimited PTO as long as you are hitting your numbers it should'nt be an issue taking off work. 4+ weeks off would be easily justified if you are doing hitting numbers. Competitive pay especially when promoted for SDR to Sr. SDR Access to all the necessary GTM tools. Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, SalesNav, Teams, Zoom, Chatgpt Entreprise etc.

Cons

Constant change in processes. A lot of information to learn because we have several diffirent software offerings.
