      Pros

      Benefits are life changing - constantly analyzing and updating areas of improvement. Top leadership interacts with all levels of employees and takes time to hear everyone's concerns. Too many pros to count.

      Cons

      Have not seen any cons yet. Have not worked in busy season yet so it could be cumbersome hours but the flexible work environment makes up for any seasonal uptick in work required.

      Pros

      Hybrid - work (4 days in office) Sometimes less especially in Q4. Reward and recognition for hard workers. Brand new amazing office in Plano with amazing views. Autonomy when hitting your numbers. Reps that do well arent micro managed. Great leadership. Unlimited PTO as long as you are hitting your numbers it should'nt be an issue taking off work. 4+ weeks off would be easily justified if you are doing hitting numbers. Competitive pay especially when promoted for SDR to Sr. SDR Access to all the necessary GTM tools. Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, SalesNav, Teams, Zoom, Chatgpt Entreprise etc.

      Constant change in processes. A lot of information to learn because we have several diffirent software offerings.
