A good opportunity to make money and great stock options
Cons
No respect of time off whether it is vacation time, evenings, etc. The region has lost over 70 employees in three years, including management. Upper management openly discuss politics and religion at company meetings/events. I wish they cared as much about their employees as they do their investors. If you need an example, check out the company's mission statement. If you want to be treated like a slave or a robot, this is the employer for you.
