You’re running your own business in some ways. May be a con if you’re uncomfortable with this and high stress situations.

this job is so fun, you get to work with different people every day and uncover their stories. Management cares about us and wants to see us success. The pay is good. I feel like there are a lot of career opportunities presented to us as well.

there isnt much flexibility. You work almost every weekend but thats what you sign up for.
