There was a significant mismatch between my expectations and the reality of working at RT Specialty. Several commitments made by senior management were not fulfilled, and the role differed from what was described during the hiring process. Since the acquisition of JM Wilson, nearly a dozen employees have either left or been let go. All under one senior manager in the Southeast. My advise is to stay away because senior management will set you up for failure.
