Pros
Competitive pay and benefits. Ample room for vertical and lateral growth given corporate structure and broad specialty target markets.
Cons
Fractured structure in that wholesale makes up one side and two dozen individually operating entities makes up the other. Has its benefits but also some cons in that not all pay based on the same model, some are given favoritism over others. Very clear that the largest and best performing ones get the spotlight.
