      Pros

      I have had so much fun during my time at Ryder's Green Bay location building relationships and focusing on continuous improvement initiatives focused on people, process and technologies.

      Cons

      The upper management team here are abusive degenerates with no people or communication skills and as soon as they are replaced this will be an amazing job opportunity for anyone in the material handling field of work

      Pros

      Pay was better than most places at the beginning.

      Cons

      Upper management has zero clue how to connect with the employees at the shop level. Over-delegation with zero accountability. Problems aren’t actually solved, they’re just redirected in a way that creates more stress and issues for both employees and customers.
