      Good pay and mileage take home $1.3K

      Cons

      Runs starting between 11pm-3am Good loads get picked up by seniority you get what’s left over. Only days off was Sunday but you go to sleep early to get ready for Monday runs

      Pros

      Pay was better than most places at the beginning.

      Cons

      Upper management has zero clue how to connect with the employees at the shop level. Over-delegation with zero accountability. Problems aren’t actually solved, they’re just redirected in a way that creates more stress and issues for both employees and customers.
