      Pros

      LAX, just show up to work, if you have a good time and don’t take anything too seriously on the low (but objectively outwardly look like you care), you’ll fit right in. Easy.

      Cons

      No training, toxic culture from the managers but that’s every job. Lots of gossip. Lots of abuse from Employees over utilizing/ weaponizing HR complaints

      Pros

      Pay was better than most places at the beginning.

      Cons

      Upper management has zero clue how to connect with the employees at the shop level. Over-delegation with zero accountability. Problems aren’t actually solved, they’re just redirected in a way that creates more stress and issues for both employees and customers.
