      Very good company to work, they have good equipment and excellent maintenance procedures to keep vehicles in good condition. Good choice for moving or long term rentals

      Hard to advance to higher position in the company, the training program is not good enough to help doing more tasks

      Pros

      Pay was better than most places at the beginning.

      Cons

      Upper management has zero clue how to connect with the employees at the shop level. Over-delegation with zero accountability. Problems aren’t actually solved, they’re just redirected in a way that creates more stress and issues for both employees and customers.
