      Lots of room to grow. Management heavily involved and willing to hear about good and bad. Best customers.

      Overworked, understaffed. Need more overtime if you're not going to hire more staff.

      Pros

      Pay was better than most places at the beginning.

      Cons

      Upper management has zero clue how to connect with the employees at the shop level. Over-delegation with zero accountability. Problems aren’t actually solved, they’re just redirected in a way that creates more stress and issues for both employees and customers.
