If you thrive on having responsibility, you'll love working here!

Cons

All those responsibilities... you won't have the authority to make many decisions, as we were able to do. They have a leash on you now and they think that's a good thing. They will tell you (after you are hired) that to do the job properly it will take you 120-130 hours PER WEEK!! They will only focus on what you don't get done, not on what you do well. Get as much money as you can up front... raises are as frequent as snow at their headquarters (Miami). They have little respect for their front line managers.... be prepared to be un-appreciated.

Pros

Pay was better than most places at the beginning.

Cons

Upper management has zero clue how to connect with the employees at the shop level. Over-delegation with zero accountability. Problems aren’t actually solved, they’re just redirected in a way that creates more stress and issues for both employees and customers.
