      Pros

      Coworkers are the only thing that get you through the day.

      Cons

      Sales training was terrible despite mostly onboarding recent college grads. Lots of cold calling, all new business development so no accounts are given to you to get you started, and you also have to hit a $6,000 seat cost before even seeing $ from the loads you're moving.

      Pros

      Pay was better than most places at the beginning.

      Cons

      Upper management has zero clue how to connect with the employees at the shop level. Over-delegation with zero accountability. Problems aren’t actually solved, they’re just redirected in a way that creates more stress and issues for both employees and customers.
