Pros

Friendly work environment, good group of co-workers

Cons

Hard to break through initial barriers. You are assigned an outside sales representative by mgmt, and you can't change the rep. If it is a good rep, great, but I was stuck with the two worst reps for the company. It pretty much sealed my fate, no matter how hard I worked.

big company with over 70,000 items in stock nation wide

Cons

too many product managers that don't seem to be held accountable. warehouse is union and they take pride in shipping quality product
