      Great work environment. Family oriented. Caring second chance company.

      Cons

      No real communication between operations, sales and logistics. Herlena Latham is awesome. Tirelessly works for the little guys in the company. Don't know a better person in her position. Her door is always open.

      big company with over 70,000 items in stock nation wide

      Cons

      too many product managers that don't seem to be held accountable. warehouse is union and they take pride in shipping quality product
