+ Project Ronin has one of the smartest, most passionate teams I've ever worked with - across all team, engineering, product, design, data + It's a real culture of ownership here. People are given real responsibility and have the ability to impact company direction and strategy + The team is extremely mission driven and everyone is focused on how to have an impact in cancer care + We've had really great early traction in the market and are on track to do some big things this year! + The office dogs are A+

Lots of talented and motivated ICs and engineering managers.

Cons

- Awful lack of direction from c-suite - Culture of transparency heavily eroded with the onset of pandemic - Leadership was clearly trying to hide lack of growth and failed monetization strategies. Made layoffs and try to cover up why. - Siloed work culture, lack of coordination between teams - Poor product direction - Insufficient QA - Tied to Oracle at the hip. Thought that provided security, guaranteed funding from Larry Ellison. Mistaken assumption.
