Pros
I had the privilege of working for the best manager of any job I ever had. She was sweet smart and tough as nails. She is the type of person I hope to be. I also witnessed the fastest and hardest worker......hands moved so fast they were a blur. Great management on the day shift.
Cons
The dust is horrible....people have to wear masks at work......I became sick multiple times. Don't be a temp there.....I spent 7 months as a temp then they hire you on "part time" even though I worked full time. Over a year and no benefits. The night shift management is a joke. Everyone plays the game of how to do the least and blame others. Especially managers. No wonder they have an epidemic of worker comp claims. Overtime during the busy season kills you. They are getting crushed by amazon and will be out of business in 5 years.....maybe less.
