Pros
Some of the people were nice but most looked down their noses at you and the office was close to various places to eat.
Cons
Don't believe for a second this is a stable company. Also, if this is a company that is also a "family" environment then this is the most disgruntled family I've ever seen. They will take advantage of you and mistreat you in a heartbeat. If you're a kiss up and like to make up stories about others you will be protected and go far in this company. Management protects certain employees even though they aren't a good fit for the team. If you do your work and try your best it will never be recognized. Do not expect to be properly trained either because they won't take the time to teach you the right ways to do things and in what order. You have to kind of find out for yourself the hard way. The people that keep their jobs are the ones that throw others under the bus. The people that are being thrown under the bus, won't hear about it unless another fellow employee slips up and says something about it. At that point, they won't give you an opportunity to defend yourself or talk things through like adults. Management also makes a lot of promises but doesn't keep a one of them.
