S&K is nothing more than a body shop. They buy up contracts, impose somewhat poor benefits, and ship you out to the prime contractor. The direct supervisor is difficult to get information from, often lacks knowledge of company rules and policies, and HR benefits are not made clear (e.g. 401k enrollment, etc.). Fight hard to get a job with the prime contractor rather than S&K!
