Pros

Co-workers interested in working cooperatively. Corporate office located in beautiful setting. Culturally interesting with diversity in staff. Profits funneled to the tribal nation.

Cons

Upper management is extremely out of touch - little to no coordination between divisions. Arbitrary HR policies and utter disregard for acting professionally. If you accept a position with the firm, beware that employment is tenuous at best regardless of what you are told otherwise.

Co-workers were great, PMs were great. Direct HR team was great. Thoroughly enjoyed onboarding process even though was crunch time.

Cons

HR management seemed very dysfunctional and lost several great employees within a very short time.
