Pros
Experienced engineers, from seasoned to young and ready to be molded. This company offers great benefits. It's employee-owned. You have room for professional development. You have flexible hours, more than any typical company I've heard of. They put their employees first and have great training.
Cons
Profit driven, not all units are helpful to each other. Needs better communication from Corporate. Communication between departments is lacking. Not the best pay in the industry. Little room for upward mobility.
