Antisocial. Not one person introduced themselves to me when I started. I asked people about going to lunch together and was told, "We don't do that here." Unsafe. Numerous safety problems, including ones they have known about for years. No thought for ergonomics. Employee owned, but the only job where I've felt like nothing more than a pawn. Management only interacts with themselves when they come to town.
