      Pros

      Meaningful work, good benefits, great upper level management.

      Cons

      Travel and hours become excessive if you are a less tenured staff level engineer. Lower/staff level management are incredibly unprofessional and toxic. Overtime pay is, even among other firms, extremely low. Base pay is somewhat low.

      Pros

      The Raleigh office is a tight knit group. Really great technicians who complete their work effectively and efficiently, and are more than willing to help train newer technicians.

      Cons

      Schedule may be sporadic and they may have you at a different site everyday.
