      People are friendly. Good work life balance. If you are a good worker you will get ahead.

      Cons

      Slightly lower pay than compared to other engineering firms, but those firms require extensive traveling.

      Pros

      The Raleigh office is a tight knit group. Really great technicians who complete their work effectively and efficiently, and are more than willing to help train newer technicians.

      Cons

      Schedule may be sporadic and they may have you at a different site everyday.
