Excellent company to work for, with a very good organization, with many capable individuals that enjoy working together for a great client base. After Littlejohn Engineering purchased the assets and business of Evans Kuhn & Associates, Inc. in April 24, 2011, they extended the offer of employment to me with the same compensation and benefits.
Cons
After a slow down incoming projects, I have been working less than 40 hours per week and therefore defined in the firm's policy and procedures manual as a Part time employee. After being employed with the company for 14 years, the company should have started with laying off people with less years than me. The firm continued to utilized my services as needed, which was never needed and I resigned on June 24, 2014.
