      Good work/life balance. Positive atmosphere.

      Cons

      Leadership all 4 hours away. Focus and support is in that area. Back office positions also limited due to that.

      Bank and the team were good.

      Cons

      Pay is low. Must travel to Indiana, PA for in-person meetings from other locations. All remote personnel required to be in office full time.
