      Great employees. Leadership is okay. Hours are good.

      Pay should be more competitive and annual increases should align more with inflation. Vision, dental & medical are not that great.

      Bank and the team were good.

      Cons

      Pay is low. Must travel to Indiana, PA for in-person meetings from other locations. All remote personnel required to be in office full time.
