Business Outlook
Pros
Great for lazy teachers and students. Very little oversight from central management. Freedom to teach almost whatever you want. Flexible schedules mean that most "full time" academic staff have another job somewhere else. Very few prioritize their job at SAE and none are encouraged to do so.
Cons
Not very academic or professional. Students seen as sources of income, not learners. All students pass, whether they earned it or not, with many cheating. Low salaries to academic staff. Salaries to staff are often weeks or months late or, in some cases, not paid at all. Academic staff are forced to focus mainly on recruiting new students rather than teaching existing students.
