Archaic systems and policies along with a non-existent senior support staff. Overworked employees with growing responsibilities due to not having even the most basic levels of personnel at the school level. Poor prior practices that were in extreme violation of accrediting standards. Financial Aid representatives, who are overworked, are also student Account representatives which is a conflict of interests. Files are basically tweaked as they are out of compliance. Laid off waves of personnel without any consideration or interaction with staff members. In summary...an absolute joke of a company that should be closed for ethics.
