Like any growing company, things can move quickly and priorities can change. That can be demanding at times, but it also means there are plenty of opportunities to learn and grow. Candidates are treated exceptionally well during the interview process, but the experience changes significantly after joining the organization.

The leadership lacks a long-term vision, and favoritism is prevalent throughout the organization. The company has a highly hierarchical culture, and employees do not feel comfortable speaking openly with leadership, as it may be taken negatively. Recently, a senior engineer who was exceptionally strong in the tech stack was let go, which was disappointing. Do not be attracted solely by a high CTC. The company operates much like a service-based organization, and employees can be moved from one project to another at any time. I would strongly recommend thinking carefully before joining this organization.
