Just the money is the only good thing! The management is horrible.
Cons
Management here is honestly the worst I’ve ever encountered—you’d find better leadership in almost any other job. They blatantly lie and play favorites when it comes to positions or even getting more hours. If someone doesn’t like you, even over something petty, poof—you’re gone, and so are your hours.
I’m not the first, and I won’t be the last. They did the same thing to some kid the other day. No wonder every airline is pulling out of this branch in Chicago—it’s a mess. Like I told that kid: leave while you still can. This job is nowhere near worth it, no matter the money. Go work for another contractor at least.
I strongly recommend any of their competitors they’re way better and actually won’t lie to your face.
