Pros
Concur has great benefits, managers that support work/life balance, and colleagues that are hard-working, engaged, and intelligent. The work is challenging and expectations are high, which I believe is the perfect environment for professional development. There are many opportunities to grow within the organization if you put in the effort and make a name for yourself. I genuinely love working for Concur!
Cons
Change is constant which can be a downside to some people. I personally value change and am grateful to work for a company that constantly pushes itself to make the customer and employee experience better than ever. You definitely need to be open to change to thrive at Concur.
