      Pros

      The company REALLY cares about its employees. The employees are a valuable asset and they say so. They encourage you to take vacation and will actually move meetings to allow you the time off. Amazing!

      Cons

      No real cons. They tell you up front what your responsibilities will be so you know what will be expected.
