Most popular and broadly used expense management system in the world. Nice, unique integration with an online booking tool. Deep functionality, especially for international use. Good benefits package.
Cons
2-4x as expensive as nearest competitors Myriad technical issues with the products, especially upgrading to the new "CT&E" product VERY hard for clients to install - by themselves (no on premises assistance from Concur) Laughably complex sales process - which is enforced to the point of dismissal Most reps struggling to make 25% of quota: replacing spreadsheets for expense reports is not a critical requirement with most companies in this market
