Pay decently well, but haven’t quite caught up to the rest of the marketplace. Base is 65k while other software companies offer 90k + Very good work/life balance, they encourage PTO and care about your personal life Ability to be remote or in office

High base would be nice Toxic positivity to a tee here. You aren’t allowed to question anything or be ‘down’ about anything otherwise you are labeled negative or pessimistic when you are actually being realistic about situations. Need to come out with better products or more products as competition is beating us quite often and are much cheaper than Concurs platform Need better marketing department Changes all the time make you question if they really know what they are doing .
